Deal types are bins with stages, templates hold the documents, and conditions attach templates by question. Pick a section on the left.
Your questions, asked once per account. A switch (or a number/date rule) attaches the templates that reference it; a plain value is just captured on the deal. A deal type asks a question when a template it uses references it — you never assign a question to a type.
